DesiChat is powered by artificial intelligence. All responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or factually correct. You acknowledge that any advice, recommendations, or conversations provided by the Platform are for entertainment and general informational purposes only.

2. No Liability

The creators of DesiChat shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

3. Consent to Data Use

By using this service, you consent to the collection and use of your interactions, data, and messages for the purpose of product improvement, analytics, and marketing. This may include showing relevant promotions or personalized experiences.

4. No Guarantees

DesiChat makes no guarantees of availability, uptime, performance, or emotional or informational accuracy. This is a work-in-progress AI experience and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use DesiChat. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
